Watching the Breath

Of the thousands of methods used in meditation, prayer and relaxation techniques, "watching the breath" is one of the most effective for dealing with 'negative' states of mind.

When using this method, there is no 'agenda' - one is merely 'being present to the present!'

A lot of problems are best handled by accepting their reality - and letting go of them.

"Breathing always helps!"
